Easily navigated website and made order

I've still not received my order its been a week already I paid to get it next day!!!

Delivered in time. Excellent communication. Well packaged

Order initially placed but did not go through, website error at payment stage. Then voucher code provided did not work showing it had expired even though it was used on same day as issued by email. Very frustrating shopping experience.

12th Sept, thanks to the Customer Service team for helping to resolve. Rating amended.

Great selection, well priced and speedy delivery. Also like that minimal packaging used.

I love the flexibility with the shipping fee. It is free and you can buy the product for just the normal price. The feature to add express postage with extra fee is also resonable and handy if you need the product urgently.

The website is so easy to use and have products that are out of stock in other popular websites. I always search a lot of products in all possible websites and end up buying from here due to shipping fees and availability of the product.

First time subscription discount code doesn’t work - days expired in June. Would give 5 stars if the discount is applied and I’m refunded the difference. This is a gift for my mother so I needed to order quickly

**edit - confirm that they refunded my account the 20% discount. Items received well packaged. Delivery took approx 2.5 weeks - uk to Australia **

I asked on your live chat for assistance in applying the discount to my order and was told to email 'a picture of my discount' but no email address was provided. The chat window then wouldn't work. Started another chat, was provided with an email address but when I lost the chat session again when I was trying to get my order details. I can't find your email address anywhere! Don't advertise a 20% discount on your first order if you don't actually give it to customers and then have to jump through hoops to rectify. This was my first (and last) order.

I ordered 2 items and paid in full but I only received one item “the cheapest of course”

It was really frustrated and they didn’t give me my money back they ask me for so many things i’m so frustrated last time to order from them
